Hello, and welcome to That Counsellor Girl. A space I created to write about my mental health struggles, as well as a place for you to come and find the inspiration to be the best version of you.
I also offer counselling & coaching sessions in person and via Skype to help when you’re feeling a bit off-balance. Not just for anxiety or depression, counselling and coaching can help with issues like stress, self-worth, burnout, and just generally feeling ‘stuck’.
I have spent the last five years working through my issues. In that time, I have transformed my relationships, started and run a successful business, moved to a new town, become a mother and gained a sense of self I never thought possible.
By providing a client-centred, safe and supportive environment to chat about what’s bothering you, we can work out how to create a life you feel better about.
